Thank you for taking the time to get to know me!

I am a natural light freelance photographer, with a passion for portrait photography especially families! I’m based in Mount Isa but I’m happy to travel when possible, around my own family commitments.

A little about my family, who are my world:

I’m happily married with two beautiful children, a boy who is 12 and a girl who is 11 going on 15…well it feels like it some days. I started my business over ten years ago in an attempt to create some sort of balance between work life and family life, although I am still not sure how well I am doing at that!

I am passionate about preserving lifelong memories and the moments that are the most precious to all of us. I have over ten years of experience in the photography industry and am recognised as an Accredited Professional Photographer in Australia by the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photographers).

My passion for photography is strongly based on my love for family and the connection between families. I pride myself on having strong trusting relationships with my clients, and I love getting to know all about them, which in turn makes the photoshoot flow smoothly and creates a comfortable environment for everyone.

Due to my upbringing on a station (which I still have strong family ties with) I have a passion for photographing in our natural bush scenery in Mount Isa and its surrounding areas. The natural colours of the outback landscape and the native flora create magical settings to capture a families love for one another.

Photography for me is not just a business, but something I feel very passionate about.
